Had an early dinner with hubby on a friday. Restaurant had a decent number of crowd. Staff greeted us straight away and we chose our preferred table.<br/ <br/ Brought us water for drink and gave us time to choose our meals. We ended ordering fried calamari, sirloin steak, and the chicken pie. The food came at reasonable time. Pie was so enormous we were bit shocked. Food tasted good.<br/ <br/ It was overall a great dining experience
HELLO ! !!! This place is amazing! Reasonably priced too ! Had the chicken Karage burger- damn straight the best thing I’d eaten all week. I’ll be back here for sure! Service was fabulous!
Situated at the corner of Albert Charlotte Street, this casual setting has a straight-forward menu with breakfast favourites as well as all day items such as avocado on sourdough. Evening dining has a more extensive menu than lunch. Wines are carefully selected with a choice of by the glass or bottle with some value house specials. Lunch menu had salads and classic dishes. Our group tried the beer battered flathead and chips as well as the slow cooked beef brisket with pumpkin and a zesty coriander based chimichurri sauce. Meals were well presented and cooked, wines flavourfull and well matched and service efficient. A good spot for a bistro style lunch.
Croft House is a great option on the corner in the CBD. With an effortless, modern design, it offers the option of window seats, high bar-style chairs to people watch, booths for your brunch pals and plenty of relaxed seating to enjoy a long black, a large breakky or the special. The special: golden French toast with crispy bacon, berry compote and a sweet white chocolate sauce was a fun sweet and savoury option. If you’re after something more savoury there’s everything to love about a menu that makes it hard to choose. From their deliciously simple eggs Benedict staple to a mixed mushroom, halloumi, rocket, egg and pine nut topped sourdough, it’s a tasty spin on breakfast favourites. Great service, good coffee and it’s adjoined to the Sebel so you can have breakfast charged to your room if you’re a guest.
Beautifully simple breakfast, really great coffee, great early morning vibe.I dined alone and took my time: service was good, breakfast was fresh and the place was spotlessly clean.
