the manager was rude after he paid for my sandwich, he just turned around. the sandwich on the side of the counter without leaving tissue. he didn't give me that sandwich or asked me if I needed a bag or something. View all feedback.
The restaurant has undergone a great renovation, but I will not be returning. I have been a customer of Subway Virginia for years and was very disappointed when one of the staff members lied to me. I had ordered a meatball sub, only to see another customer receive theirs just minutes after me. It was clear that they had simply reheated the meatballs for them. It's sad to see the owner put in so much effort into the appearance of the restaurant, only to neglect the quality of the food and service.
I recently read on Facebook that Subway had opened a branch in Hong Kong. This reminded me that I hadn't been to Subway in two months, so I decided to make a special trip to try it out. When I arrived at 7:05 a.m. (I was a bit early and had to wait for them to open), I ordered the breakfast special of the day. There was only one person running the show, but he handled the orders efficiently. While waiting, I noticed the "Krasy Combo Promo" and decided to give it a try. I ordered a pizza on white bread with a coke zero for only $6.95. It was a satisfying meal with enough protein and sweetness for me, and I have no complaints!
The staff in general are slow and inexperienced. It seems only two male employees are capable of having a conversation and making delicious sandwiches. The owner of this particular Subway needs to address the air conditioning issue as the restaurant is uncomfortably hot. The working conditions for the staff are terrible.
Why is subway so complicated. can they not only offer a standard sandwich? where should I know which of the 10 dresdings best fits.
Long waiting time and the personal had dirty/sweet T-shirts.
