What Kamryn Altenwerth doesn't like about Subway:
Had breakfast here today was less than impressed.Manager for a start tried to tell me I couldn't have my sub fresh and it should be toasted as it's a better product well I disagree and if I don't want it toasted then that's the way it is.When I got my fresh sub it was expensive lacking taste and just thrown together. The Manager left a sour taste in my mouth anyway and I won't be going back.Pick up your game! View all feedback.
On former trips back from work, the urge to pop into KFC or Hungry Jacks was always a bit of of a bad one, but Pie Face (normally accompanied by some KFC gravy) or a Subway sandwich would always be the clear winners. This classic Aussie brand is a sandwich attack of the greatest order, and when you smash out a wholegrain, roast beef, two cheese 6 inches with lettuce, tomato, spinach and carrot - then chuck in a good (but not murderous) smattering of mayo and South West sauce, it makes you feel a lot better than some of the other places mentioned after eating! There's no shortage of options, but if you go double cheese or meat, just be aware you will be heading into $8/$9 plus territory. That been said, if cost is an issue, you can grab a good value, action packed 6" sub (such as Meatball Marinara) for $5.50. Roast beef and chicken just tend to cost more... but this belly busted butty biter had no regrets, and won't hesitate to punish the same waist line twice!
First time in over a year going to subway and was very disappointed. Turkey sub with what was meant to be all the salad. Bread seemed old and dry, barely any salad, cheese was crumbling like it had been left out and the beetroot was nearly transparent. Not good at all!
Young male workers very unhygienic; with the same glove to deal with food and money;staff should know, money has many germs; what a candied; stingy on filling. this happens last week at pm.
