Subway - Brisbane

I ordered a sub along with a cheesy garlic toast. Pfft! More like cheesy garlic soggy bread! With lettuce on it? I made contact with the store and could hardly get a word in. A young arrogant lady on the phone didn’t want any of my feedback! Do not bother wasting your money here!!

Terrible customer service. Especially a girl named Kai or kye or something similar, horrible and rude employee should be fired, basically laughed when told about how wrong everything was and tried to argue and say they done it right when it was right in front of me and clearly they did not. Ordered food through Uber and everything was either wrong or missing, (wrong bread, wrong ingredients, no cheese and wrong drinks) they didn’t call us to see what we wanted in place they just picked and chose for themselves. Basically run by Illiterate teenagers who can’t read instructions or follow orders and are no help at all. Disgusting service.

Pathetic service, average staff, average sub, don’t waste your time unless you have nothing better to do then wait in line

The bread was overcooked and not as soft as it usually is, and the two cookies were severely overcooked and as hard as rocks. I typically enjoy their cookies, but I couldn't even take a bite of these. Very disappointed.

The restaurant frequently runs out of stock, making it difficult to order the subs we desire. The staff often forgets our orders and the bread is either stale or unavailable. Overall, we were very unsatisfied with our experience.
