Despite some flaws in service and sound levels, the restaurant provides a cozy atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying drinks with friends. The menu offers a variety of hearty dishes and tasty drinks, with highlights being the Bavarian Tasting Platter and the giant pretzels. The venue itself is spacious with plenty of seating, making it a great spot for socializing with friends. While there are some areas for improvement identified, Munich Brauhaus remains a popular destination for those looking to unwind and have a good time.
Food was delightful. Drinks were fabulous... although they did run out of German beer... the tragedy was to be charged a public holiday surcharge when Easter Saturday is not a public holiday and I doubt any staff were being paid penalty rates.. any hoo, a good time was had .
Munich brauhaus is one of my favourite joints to hang out with friends!! I love their giant pretzels! It’ll certainly make your social life super happy hour from 4-6!
Munich Brauhaus venue is awesome. Massive place with plenty of seating. Their food and beer menus are basically the exact same as the bavarian in the city as it is all the same owners. <br/ <br/ I got the mexican schnitzel and loved it. You wont be leaving this place hungry after a feed and some beers.
My friends and I stopped at Munich Brauhaus in New Years Eve to have some drinks while waiting for the early fireworks. We had a great time and enjoyed the beers and wines, plus the atmosphere was fantastic. We ordered Das Boot for the 1 litre of beer and the Mojo moscato, both we’re great and service was fast.
Update June 2019: best priced happy hour for drinks. They do $5 happy hour everyday 4-6 for half a liter. Worth it! They are also doing a special right now where every drink you get, free premium snacks!! <br/ <br/ <br/ <br/ Came here on a Sunday afternoon. They were doing their free sausage sizzle that afternoon. Although I didn’t try, the deal was a free sausage sizzle per drink purchase. I opted for the Aussie schnitzel instead. Two big pieces of chicken schnitzel topped with bacon and egg. It was decent, nothing spectacular. Would come back and try their gigantic pork knuckle (can probably feed 2). Good beer selection. Tip: look out for their eatclub app deals.
