GOMA Cafe Bistro - Brisbane

A somewhat confusing ordering system. The service point is at the entrance, which makes you think you need to order before finding a table. Not the case apparently you pick a table, make note of the number, and then go back to the entrance to place the order. Oh, and the cafe doesn't make it any easier by giving you a number when you order (as most places do). On top of all this confusion, the snack was handed to me when I ordered, but it took about 15 minutes before our coffees arrived. If I order a snack and a coffee, I think it's reasonable to expect that I can enjoy the two together; this definitely wasn't the case.

This is awful now. We were bustled to a table by a man who couldn’t be bothered for our response to his question about where we wanted to sit. The menu is basic. I order a New York bagel. It was dry and unappetising. I won’t bother come back here. It’s not nice anymore.

I was looking forward to visiting here with my partner as I have had some very good food in the past. However we were both extremely disappointed despite the glorious setting. I don't know what has happened but I won't be back unless for a coffee so as to take in the views.

Honestly was shocked that I paid $22 for 6 pieces of cauliflower with some sauce and couple of chick peas. Service was not good food was not good and was way overpriced. Honestly shocking how bad it was

Excellent presentation of food. Friendly professional service. Quality produce used. Excellent settings. A pleasurable experience.
