This was a terrific surprise. Left the office to find a place to eat and there was Ceylon Dine In Style. Having travelled to Sri Lanka a few times, and fallen in love with the cuisine, I wondered if they could deliver on the real thing, not a quasi version Indian style. Oh, this place does great food. The classic brinjals and cashew nut curry, lots of tasty vegetarian options but also the meats and fish, the hoppers,... View all feedback.
What Corinne Colas doesn't like about Ceylon Dine in Style:
This is not fine dinning and the restaurant lacks ambience. However, having lived in South East Asia I like authentic food and it was - the food was tasty and it was good value. The menu is extensive so lots of choice. The service was excellent. View all feedback.
This is the place reminds me good old memories of the food of my grandmother, which I had eaten a long time ago when I lived in ceylon. so glad I found this place when I drove past the melbourne street. in melbourne and in brisbane, so many Sri Lankan foods have been tried, but this is the real business. this place is fresh and delicious, especially truly authentic aromas of ceylon. the restaurant itself has a very pleasant atmosphere and the personal was so beautiful. I am already a regular and at a distance this is my favorite kitchen sri lankas in Australia. highly recommended if they are looking for genuine authentic sri Lanka food in brisbane. I will go and wish them all very much...read more
In this week I saw on facebook that they have everything they can eat vegan buffet and I knew I had to try it. When I arrived there, I received a warm welcome from the staff and once I said that I was there for the buffet vegan, they immediately began to tell me about it and show me the dishes that were available there were so many options that I could not try all in one night. So I chose some of them and went happy to my table that was prepared while I faced all these decisions. tonight I chose the fried mushrooms, filled bananenpfeffer, jackfruit curry, devilled soya, dahl curry, beetroot curry, sago pudding and laminaria all these...read more
The lunch menu on our last day of our visit tried and really wished that we had eaten more often there...the Sri-lank cuisine, very authentic! the staff was very friendly. my son, who absolutely loved a picky eater and did not stop until his teller was clean. highly recommended if u are in south brisbane and a lover of fresh authentic spicy food!
Sounds like these types have a hard start, but I can say that the dings are improved. we came by late on Wednesday night and they liked to welcome us. the service was sweet and friendly. safe, a little haphazard, but due to its it was a week at night (and late) it was a lonely ranger that led the show. that was delicious. I would go back any time.

The classic brinjals and cashew nut curry, lots of tasty vegetarian options but also the meats and fish, the hoppers, red rice and on and on. The desserts including jaggery cakes, were yummy. The decor is lovely, the staff truly nice, and the prices, including dinner sets and wines...very very affordable. The TV images of Sri Lanka took me back to my holidays there. I read earlier reviews...read more
