Extremely disappointed by the service and the ability to adapt the menu for a vegan application, while the clear description and explanation were made twice by phone three days before and the day before and staff accepted this request. In spite of a reminder of the foods banned after the arrival in the restaurant, many mistakes were made: a bush with fish to replace the one initially planned with cream, salad with ultra basic crudities and no cherry tomatoes in December worthy of a self service, main dish there again with a gratin of dauphinois and a gutted potiron velvet... All If no vegan option is possible, please say it by phone to avoid disappointments like this.
