What Impact Achievement Center doesn't like about Rotelli Pizza Pasta:
The restaurant under this manager is terrible. The food is not the same and the workers are not customer service friendly. The quality of the food was disgusting, poor representation. I highly do not recommend this restaurant at View all feedback.
If I could give them a ZERO I would. The rudest people answer the phone. A girl named Rocio gave me the biggest attitude because I asked what else a steak and cheese sandwich brings. We were placing a $138 order. She asked for a credit card. I told her I was splitting the order. She said she didn 't know how to do that (with the biggest attitude). I asked for a manager and she told me that I would need to wait 30 minutes if I wanted to talked to a manager. I said that I would wait. A manager named Gabby came I explained that i didn 't feel comfortable giving my credit card over the phone because i was splitting the order with another family member. I told her we had always ordered from there to check our record. She also answered with the rudest attitude. I told her that i was cancelling the order and her answer was oh well. We called the Boca one and placed the order there. I don 't know if the owner is aware of how customers are being treated.
Great place....the staff and owner are extremely conscious of how to give customers good food and atmosphere while having lunch or dinner.
My fanily has been coming here for years. However, over time, it has become better and better. From quality of the food to the service. We always had decent to good service, but over the last year or so, it has become more of a family place. They make you feel welcomed and invited, which is so hard to find these days.One employee who stands out the most is Mariah, she use to be a waitress and a great one at that but has now moved up into the kitchen. She truly makes the best pizza. She even let my daughter make her very own, which made it such a special moment. This is our go-to place for lunch and to share a yummy pizza.
Doe was not even cooked i paid 40 for a tiny pizza and uncooked Stromboli. I come here all the time. No answer when i called.
