Porto Bella Italian - Briny Breezes

Best pizza place around here. Prices reasonable and good size portions

I have been to Porto Bella on several occasions and this is my 1st review. The restaurant has an Early Bird menu that includes soup, salad, pasta and an entree. The prices are ridiculously low for Boynton Beach and the portions served are enough for 2 or 3 meals and I’m a big eater. Meals also come with a large basket of hot rolls, plain and garlic. I’ve had pizza, snapper franchese, chicken franchese and chicken Marsala. The pizza here is delicious. Baked nicely, yummy sauce and plenty of cheese and toppings, no skimping. The Caesar salad is terrific and they give you lots of anchovies. The minestrone is also a delicious treat with huge chunks of fresh vegetables. The entrees come out nice and hot and are presented beautifully. The waitstaff has been around for years and they know customers by name. They are friendly, funny, knowledgeable about the menu, accommodating and efficient without being a nuisance. The owner and manager are always around to answer questions or just visit. The clientele runs the gamut from seniors to singles to families with young kids. Everyone is made to feel at home in a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. This is a casual, homey, friendly place. If you’re looking for Michelin stars, Zagut ratings or Beard chefs, go elsewhere. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available. Kid-friendliness: The menu has many items that kids will enjoy.

We just moved here from Pennsylvania. We are now closer to our granddaughters. This was our first meal. We found this restaurant online and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing and authentic. It was cooked from scratch and the flavors were fantastic. The service was perfect. I would highly recommend this establishment. Food is absolutely fabulous but the service has much to be desired and it is always quite warm inside but we keep going back because of the great food
