Always a great experience. Best customer service no matter the situation. Never met one unfriendly employee and i’ve been coming to this location at least weekly. New to town so it’s nice having a reliable place to go. View all feedback.
What nick s doesn't like about Casey's:
Very poor service. You end up waiting 15 extra minutes for a pizza. You go to the register to ask about your pizza and they tell ya to the back window area were the workers ignore you View all feedback.
Ordered on door dash. 2 flavors of ice cream were out. Staff substituted with 2 peanut flavors....we have a nut allergy. I understand they didnt know…but why would you substitute with an allergen?????????
No egg on the breakfast pizza it was very disappointing
Dixon Casey's is a joke! The staff is rude and the kitchen is always out of most things. I'll not go there anymore
Great pizza mom used to work there so I went there alot but some workers are kinda rude and like to argue with each other
Customer service horrible, pizza is always cold. Will not be returning.
