I had my first experience at BBY after living in the area over 15 years, and all I can say is wow! Great chicken, if a bit pricey. I guess if you’re local you know, if you’re not, let me tell you it is well worth the price. Easily the best chicken I’ve ever had. Yummy sides, the cole slaw was perfect, not too tangy, not too sweet. Good fries, fresh rolls. Will definitely return! View all feedback.
What rob doesn't like about B.b.y. Chicken And Carry Out:
We were just in the adjacent (NOT BBY) parking lot and the fat owner Mike had multiple cars blocked in with his truck, so when we asked him to move his truck so we could leave, he gave us an attitude. Mike then proceeded to yell at an obvious juvenile female and her parent saying People don 't know what a G*dD*mn private parking lot is! Mind you, This parking lot is used for multiple businesses. The chicken is only fried. Just so you know. But it was some of the best fried I've had. Normally I peal off the skin, but I tried it on and am thankful.Cash only!!! Know before you go. The location is great. Small-scale local joint with regulars that are great company.The prices were reasonable and the people who own/work there are great.
We take out, food is greatest. Love the taste, sizes, I don't comment on things but find this exceptional and well worth the price, go to and eat in or carryout. I would love to eat this as many times a week as possible. Don't miss out on exceptional quality and good food.
It is easily said that you can find good food in the Sauk valley area ... But if you want to have the best chicken in the Sauk valley area it's from BBY ... (ask for extra R sauce , and a side of cheese balls)
