High vaulted ceilings (of typical Puglian architecture) mixed with the simplicity of Japanese design to create a truly unique restaurant and a very beautiful experience. Was very impressed by this restaurant and will continue to return when I am in town. 5/5

Recomended solo travel experience if you want to go during the weekend, you need to book a table at least 1 day in advance. I was treated very well, the staff is very nice and professional. The food was amazing, I enjoyed every single thing I ored. My favorites: the salmon sashimi and the Tataki salmon... the salmon melts in your mouth! I recommend it and I will definitely return.
