Price/performance ratio is in order. also the next evening was delicious, this time meat dishes and a good Spanish red wine.

As a couple we ordered the Bio-Pork Erseribs and Bio-Pork Hopper with a bottle of Rioja Coto de Imaz 2011 . We were really surprised by the taste of our dishes. These pork substitute ribs and pork chops were so delicious, well cooked and seasoned. Bravo to the cook. What I really liked is also the simple presentation of the plate, not tralala, just the good stuff on a beautiful plate with friendly and experienced smiling waitress brought to the table. To finish our diner, we shared the desert of the month, filled apple with spéculoos mousse... I would definitely get one that I will not share next time: . The prices are definitely right! If you travel to Brilon, eat there!
