I’ve ordered two sandwiches from this place so far, and each time I've noticed the same person using a dirty knife that still has ranch, mustard, and remnants of previous orders to prepare my sandwich. You’d think she would at least wipe the knife off, especially since it looked like she was training someone. Even as a child, I understood basic food safety. The short-haired woman with glasses really could benefit from a refresher on food handling and cross-contamination. Someone could have a serious allergy to something left on that knife! Whoever manages this establishment needs to have a serious discussion with their staff, as this is simply unacceptable.
Would give zero stars, if I could. Stopped in to grab a sandwich 8/22/22 and 2 girls were working the counter. I walked up, smiled at them. They looked at me, turned back to an order they were working on. No Hi, no I’ll be right with you. I get it’s difficult to find help, but this was extremely poor service. I stood there for about 5 minutes and it was apparent to me they could care less I was standing there. I would have waited longer, but I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I get if it was busy, but I was the only one there and I could only see one online order they were working on.
