What User doesn't like about The Country Corner Restaurant:
Based on reviews, we tried this for lunch. My wife ordered the cranberry/spinach/feta cheese salad, which she enjoyed. I ordered fish & chips, The cod was OK, but the chips were possibly the greasiest, darkest, most limp that I have ever eaten. If you dine here, do not order the fish & chips. On balance, I'll grudgingly rate it average. View all feedback. What User likes about The Country Corner Restaurant:
Stopped in for lunch after a leisurely stroll around beautiful Brigus. It was a very busy spot but we got served in a timely manner and the food was so worth the wait! My husband had fish and chips and I had the fish chowder special. Both were equally fresh and excellent tasting. Very good portions. Friendly staff. Will definitely be visiting again!
