The butcher's cut was delicious and tender the smoked salmon carpaccio was succulent the spaghetti bolognese was perfectly al dente the tuna was cooked to perfection with its vegetables . For dessert, we had a fresh fruit salad with a scoop of ice cream. We'll be back after the renovations to see the new dining room
