The West Quay (wetherspoon)

One of the best wetherspoons pubs I've ever had. stylish and great harbour view from the balcony.

Excellent Fish Chips crispy on the outside whilst soft and flaky inside. The kids' menu spaghetti bolognese was also excellent with a rich, tasty sauce containing a generous amount of beef. The outdoor seating in picturesque surroundings and well priced beers were the icing on the proverbial cake. 5 stars for all these The sirloin steak, however, was tough and dry and I'm docking 1 star on this account.

The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the marina, and the staff are skilled at pouring a perfect pint of Guinness. I did notice that a few items on the menu were out of stock, but that's a common issue with most Wetherspoons lately.

The food was disappointing; the meat was dry and tough to chew. However, the view is absolutely stunning, and the prices are reasonable. It's a great place to meet up with friends.

Absolutely! Dear Wetherspoon, I love the food and service you offer across Britain. I enjoy visiting different locations to experience the variety in cuisine. On this occasion, I tried the pizza and loaded fries.
