I regretted not knowing that the bill was split, but the staff and atmosphere were pleasant. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. Despite making an online reservation, I was turned away for not having two forms of ID. The manager assured me that my card would not be charged, but the next day, the money was taken and they refused to refund it. They posed as a hostel but acted like con artists. Yesterday at the Reggae event celebrates Jamaica Independence Day...Fantastic atmosphere. could not stay long or enjoy a drink as both work early this morning...good that we did not have to leave enough reggae in brighton! please host them more events like these!
Friendly and quiet pub. Good atmosphere and often have music or events. Pretty lighting and decor. I like the candles too. Cosy!

I was pleasantly surprised by this bar, it's much better than I expected. It's not too crowded and conveniently located in the heart of the city without attracting too many snobbish patrons. They have a great selection of drinks and the staff is friendly. Plus, they often have live music playing.
