What Andrew Lord doesn't like about The Street Cafe:
This is cafe style/quality food. Poached eggs were actually steam basted eggs. Tasted OK though. The bread was basic thin white sliced. On toast they use margarine instead of butter. Latte was over milky. Service was efficient but I wouldn't describe it as hospitable. Horses for courses I guess. The chef took the time to approach our table and personally ask how I liked my steak done. Well done I said and well done it was. Apart from at home with my wife I have never had such a beautiful well done steak anywhere and the portion of meal was more than adequate. Would I recommend? Yes Would I call in again? Definitely Thank you to all the staff at Bella.

Amazing food and attentive service. Me and my brother in law came here for breakfast before our 20 mile walk. Our coffees were really good and high quality. We will make sure to come back when we are back in Brighton!
Milley is absolutely lovely! Makes the best coffee and always makes you feel better..... Absolute beam of joy and the local atmosphere is both wholesome and entertaining
