Six of us yesterday, some had starters of goats cheese croquettes, salt cod, chicory, Roquefort and candied walnuts, then four roast pork, one bouillabaisse and a beetroot wellington. Desserts were tarte tatin, mixed crème brûlée with madeleines and mixed sorbet. It was all snaffled down happily, all was delicious. The roast pork had great crackling, sumptuously melting meat, lovely greens, flavoursome spuds although... View all feedback.
What Adele S doesn't like about Petit Pois:
Very family unfriendly. Despite lot’s of available space, we haven’t got a table to sit with a baby, because we would take a table for 4 and that was unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
Petit Pots embodies the essence of a truly independent restaurant, offering a concise menu and exceptional service. It provides great value and upholds high standards in all aspects.
We visited Petit Pois for New Year's Eve and it was an incredible experience. The menu was exceptional, starting with a delicious cauliflower soup amuse bouche followed by seared scallops and roast pork belly with lobster. For dessert, we enjoyed a trio of crème brûlées. This was our 11th visit to Petit Pois and they never disappoint. It truly is the best restaurant in Brighton.
This little restaurant has the best meal I've had in years. Be sure to visit for amazing food and excellent service. It's a top place!
Third visit to Petit Pois and once again didn't disappoint. In fact this visit was the best to date. Oysters/Snails to start were as good as ever followed by Braised Ox Cheeks that were simply superb. Finished off with the Poached Pear (mouth watering). Couldn't fault any of this up there with the best I've had. The staff are great also to make an all round great experience. Highly recommended
We just loved this restaurant. If you’re a foodie do not miss out on this little gem. It’s a real little bit of France in the centre of Brighton. Every mouthful was a delight. I had goats cheese croquettes to start followed by the most amazing bouillabaisse and my husband and brother had the skate wing. My sister in law who is a veggie said her gratin of leek dish was one of the best veggie dishes she had eaten in ages. Pudding of tart Tatin and cheeseboard finished the evening. Just perfect in every way! 10 out of 10
