Contribute FeedbackBrighton’s latest Asian eatery has garnered a rather polarizing reception. While some patrons rave about the generous portions and friendly service, others criticize the food for its inconsistency and quality. Dishes range from sweet to disappointing, with highlights like spicy chicken wings and beef soups vying for attention alongside complaints of oily spring rolls and subpar broths. Most agree on the vibrant atmosphere and fast service, but many suggest exploring nearby alternatives for a more satisfying meal. This restaurant captures a semblance of authenticity, yet patrons might leave wishing for a little more culinary finesse.
Quick, easy, nice... and spicy, if you ask the right way. No matter how many times i need the difference in the noodles explaining to me they do it with no judgement. Spicy brisket noodle (no i still can't remember which ones) soup is fantastic, if you're getting a cold this will chase it off.
We stopped off here after seeing the 2 course offer with wine for £11.50. I had chicken wings and my husband had spring rolls, both lovely, followed by beef curry and I had the best fried rice. Waitress was lovely and knew her stuff about the menu. Basic decor but the food was really very good, definitely worth a visit.
Had a nice vegan rice meal. Good portions. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Food served very quick but I came on non-peak hours. Tasty.
You know when you wake up super hungover at like 1:00 in the afternoon and you and your partner chat for at least an hour about what you want to eat for a hungover Lunner (Lunch and dinner instead of Brunch) Well we usually go for KFC or Pizza or something like the cliche that we are and also that it's so flipping good tasting on a hangover. We live so close to this noodle bar and we've always wanted to go and all of sudden our urge to eat noodles was born. We walked over which wasn't very far and once we entered it was like we'd gone back to Southeast Asia! All the customers were Asian (The sign of a good noodle restaurant) And the waiters and chefs were also, the place was also decorated like an Asian noodle bar. I picked something which I couldn't pronounce but knew contained noodles and Chicken. It was absolutely fantastic.. Like a noodle soup with fresh greens and herbs inside that invigorated us! We slowly ate our noodle soups and felt ourselves feeling so much better! We've both decided we will be back here for more Noodles hopefully not on a hangover next time!
Been here a couple of time and my go to place when staying over due to work. Favourite is the calamari, which is very tasty, and the beef soup with ho fun .tasty
