China Garden - Brighton and Hove

The place is good. the personal is super fast profis. the menu is all set in English taste and desire and they find every piece east with chicken claw and duck toungue dim summen. I'm sorry, but for some reason, I didn't taste it. the crushed chicken noodles I ordered seemed to be so dried (to save on oil). asked for salt and black pepper. they had not been able to improve the taste. evaluation because it was okay overall.

I was in many Chinese restaurants in brighton, with Chinese people, and china garden is one of the best in the city. the place is very big, we always get a table! the waiters are really nice and speak very well! eating is all amazing and there is a lot of offer! it is closer to real Chinese foods and not what we think western is Chinese food. the place is perfect to order and share several dishes! I was back once and will definitely go back!

The place was so close to where I lived, but it was disappointing. every time I went there and had dinner, it always felt like par cooked. I even asked the staff there that it is always like and when I found eggshells in my sweetcorn soup. all in all not recommended.

Great food. loved the duck and pancakes she served and the pork dishes. nice to visit again. the personal is really nice and warm. the dimming sums were also beautiful and soft.
