churasco du lomo for two members of our party on 12/2/22: medium rare. steak lasted 45 minutes and came well done until it was impossible to cut with a knife. you had to go twice to get drinks – seemed unorganized....The first question that the waiter had asked was: “Can they cut into a thicker part of the steak to prove that it is well done through”.
