The size of the shop is deceiving, it's a bit like Dr Who's tardis, not in size but what you discover. There is lots to discover, fresh dim sum, oriental vegetables, pre-made lunch boxes to take away and cook, gifts, a lot of choice. View all feedback.
I went to Asiana t buy some dim sum, after reading about all the previous reviews and thinking it 'll be a great place to buy some delicious dim sum. So I enter the shop and they 're serving a lady and both women at the till are giving has advice and recommending some dim sum to her. This lady was white-you 'll see why I am bringing this up later on! Great I thought, they seemed like really nice and friendly and of course helpful women. So the lady they served left and I went to stand by the till to give them my order... Firstly no hello, no looking at me and completely ignoring me (maybe they were busy, but there were 2 of them, and apart from me, no other customer was in the shop). So after waiting for a little bit they look up at me (no smile, no hello or anything like that) and a flat 'how can I help you? ' So I start to tell them what I would like, but not once do they offer any suggestions like they did to the other lady who was there before me, oh they were very friendly towards her! So then it come to paying, and I pay by card, the woman asked me something, I didn 't quite understand and I asked her to repeat, she rolled her eyes and asked me if I 'd like a receipt, I said 'yes please, she gives it to me. As I was getting ready to leave with the dim sum, two other women come into the shop. Suddenly they 're all smiles and politeness and kindness, giving them advice on the types of dim sum, giving suggestions etc. It 's interesting how the other female customers were ALL WHITE-maybe that 's why they got the positive treatment, maybe blondeness is even better, but to treat somebody who is darker skinned in an impolite manner is terrible service, and shocking in the 21st century. I can understand if I was impolite, but I was polite the whole way through. Fair enough if other customers had a positive experience, but those women need to seriously reconsider how they treat non-white women-it 's abominable! Well thanks to their behaviour, I will be telling anybody who isn 't white to be wary of going there, as I don 't appreciate racist behaviour by persons of any race or skin colour!
Absolutely the most delicious Bao buns and Gyoza. Very reasonable prices almost too cheap! Lovely staff. Make sure you get a pot of the homemade chilli sauce!
I had the BBQ pork bun, spicy mushroom bun and 3 small shrimp dumplings, for £4.50 in total. They were all absolutely delicious. The staff are lovely too!

I adore this restaurant! The dim sum is exceptional and very reasonably priced, especially during happy hour. The woman who always takes care of me is incredibly friendly and kind, making me excited for every visit. They offer a wide variety of items and sauces to enhance your meal. I highly recommend this place, I cannot sing its praises enough!
