It's disgusting, the food these workers serve here is not edible. Whoever manages this place needs to be fired and if it's a franchise then it needs to be shut down. Employees here don't care about the quality of the food they serve at all and probably make a bunch of stuff and serve it even when its hours old. I literally have film on my coney!!! I ordered no cheese and the back scraped the cheese off and covered it in ketchup and mustard. I saw half way through and got sick. Never coming back.
MY HUSBAND WENT TO THE WINDOW TO GET OUR FOOD REPLACED!! ONLY 1 YOUNGER GIRL WAS THE ONLY ONE TO FOLLOW FED AND STATE PROTOCOL TO WEAR GLOVES, AND DOING 90% OF THE WORK!! ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE NOT WEARING GLOVES TOUCHING OUR FOOD! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!We came here to get dinner. Something fast and simple. We ordered $70 worth of food. They bring it out to us and 3 small onion rings are burnt to a crisp, I ordered 2 BLT's extra bacon and Mayo, paid almost 10 for each of them. When I got those there was no extra bacon or Mayo. My husband got chili cheese footlong with extra cheese and a large chili cheese tot with extra cheese. Nothing came like it was supposed to. I will probably never come back to this location ever again. The waiter was rude too. Do better sonic. This is ridiculous. All the other people inside here besides the one girl need to be fired!!!!
The restaurant seems okay at first glance and well staffed but they have no concern for customer satisfaction. I ordered a hickory bbq cheeseburger meal with fries plus a turtle blast, and sonic cheeseburger combo with fries and sprite. The blast came half empty as you could see through the cup, and I received two cheeseburgers instead, whether it be the lack of any condiments I was livid having not gotten any bbq. Furthermore they stuffed it all in a torn bag rather than get a new one leaving expeditiously to avoid any request resulting in fries and tots spilling everywhere on the floor in a salvaged attempt to lift the bag. Overall this location over the last decade has progressively gotten worse and worse with the high turnover, it can be left to none other than managements fault failing to create a environment that individuals want to work, and ensure there is a standard of quality employees follow for customer satisfaction.
I got the chocolate covered strawberry shake. It was wonderful.
The food was expired and was like biting into a rock as well as undercooked the fries tasted like raw
