Thi... read more I'm not sure about the food since I only ordered a salad, but I can say that I’ll definitely be coming back and encouraging all my friends to give it a try! This was my first visit, and the lovely young lady at the counter patiently answered all my questions about the menu. She explained how fresh everything is and assured me that if something doesn’t meet their standards, they discard it and prepare more. Then, a male manager came over and unexpectedly gave me my meal on the house, just because I seemed a bit uncertain about the place. He also shared that they donate leftovers to local churches that help families in need. Thank you to the friendly neighborhood and the manager for making my first experience so great—Chipotle has gained a loyal customer! #newrepeatcustomerforlife

They explaine... read more During our first visit to a Chipotle, the staff were fantastic. We mentioned that it was our first time, and they were incredibly patient with us. They explained the menu and guided us through the ordering process to ensure we had a great experience. The General Manager even treated us to a complimentary meal since it was our first visit and came to our table to check on our thoughts. The portions were huge and the food was super delicious! This may have been our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last.
