this place is amazing. in the gasses of brighton this pub is an incredible vegan cuisine. on Sunday they offer a frying dinner with three options to accompany the standard fare of veg and kartoffeln. add some beancurd knistern and the fabulous gravure and they are for a tasty egg. we chose the “chix” with banana flower, which was spiced to perfection.
