Franco's Osteria Hove - Brighton

"When I arrived at the restaurant and was not given a menu, I was served the daily specials from the deli. I was initially concerned that I had made a mistake in choosing this place, but my worries were unfounded. The food and service were fantastic, and my partner who was preparing for the Brighton Marathon also enjoyed the meal. This restaurant is a hidden gem that is definitely worth a try. We will definitely be returning. I have seen some negative reviews that I believe are not accurate or fair. If you are looking for a fabulous Italian meal, this is the place to go."

Eating was amazing. best Italian meal that I had in years! if they want a massive dish of moderate pasta, they go to a chain if they want many delicious dishes to come! also tiramisu and pistachiosgelato were fabulous!

Stunning food, great for vegetarians. I loved that they didn't know what they're gonna be when it was served a set menu. the Italian white wine was so delicious and paired so well with each dish. I loved the candles in the wine bottles absolutely, it is authentic, rustic romantic. perfect for a date night! I was in italy, and ordered tiramisu many paintings I can easily say that francos have the best tiramisu. highly recommended.

Really authentic Italian food, I would say the best in Brighton and Hove. No menu, the food just kept coming, starting with anti pasta. I couldn't count how many dishes they brought out. Baked stuff fennel really unusual and really good... only 5 tables so booking a must
