We can see why this place is rated highly and so popular/busy. We love our local Japanese down in Melbourne but this place is so much better and we'd almost go as far as saying that we'd happily drive the 3 hours back just to get it. Ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry, servings of the Chicken Karage and the pork dumplings. All 3 options were the best we've had and we've sampled a lot of Japanese restaurants around the country. We stopped by Bright for the first time, chose Katsu and were very pleased with the quality of the food they prepared for us. Everything was prepared quickly and professionally. Got the chicken don bowl. The rice and sauce was nice but the chicken was so hard and dry. Pretty disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
