The $4 for 4 is now the biggie bag aka $5 for 4 and now the biggie bag has smaller fry carton

Why do they say they will open at 6:00 am if they don't, they tell me “come back in 20 minutes” like? If I have to go to work ? I always end up going to McDonald's because they are incompetent with the schedule ?

We arrived at 8:30 p.m. we ordered our food. 2 or the 3 orders were incorrect. After correcting the first incorrect order, the manager tried to argue with us about the second incorrect order and gave three different excuses. Including stating that the baconator combo was different on their sheet in the kitchen. On top of that, despite having to order twice we didn't get either receipt. With the way the way the individual taking the orders acted, was unresponsive, could not remember anything, and his general behavior he appeared to be under the influence.

Went there with my kids through the drive through and as we were driving away we realized we were missing an order of fries.I immediately went back and told them we were missing an order of fries.The man working there asked a worker if she had forgot to give us an order of fries. She said no. He told me that she said she didn’t forget to give us an order of fries. I told him that she did and he kept insisting really rudely that I got all of my order. I kept telling him we were really missing an order and he asked to look through my bags like I was lying. I haven’t had problems like this before but I don’t think we will be going back and it’s always been my kids’ favorite fast food place.

This has happened multiple times, and I guess I should start checking my food before I leave the drive thru. I order a plain burger and they still put everything on it.
