What Alyssa Martin doesn't like about Fiiz Drinks Brigham City:
The drinks were great! The staff was really friendly and nice. The whole place looked aesthetically pleasing and cool. But their kitchen was nasty. There was layers of gunk on the floor and syrup everywhere, overall not clean looking at all. View all feedback.
They gave me a 32oz drink when I ordered a 44oz and I payed for it and it was even on the receipt and yet they didn’t give me my 44oz drink, then the workers proceeded to give me glares!
Pricing is lacking. it gives you one price then they tack on extras for everything in the cup. A 3.98 item in a very short cup came up to 6.00. by the time they finish. the personnel can't give you the exact pricing of cups. each is like med for .59, syrup .36 is... a simple rootbeer cost $2.00. they add extra charges to every thing.
I used to LOVE This place, but the last couple of time’s going there hasn’t been to promising ? this last time (last Saturday afternoon) they asked my I have with them I got 3 drinks $13.35 but they never applied it to my account. I did get a receipt tried several times to call them but the numbers listed aren’t In service!! Not very good customer service ??
Placed an order through the app and even though the drive thru was constantly moving we were ignored well after our anticipated pick up time. When we called the phone number listed it wasn't even in service. The app is a waste of time and workers ignore orders placed on it.
I went there for a end of school party and it was fun it was a short walk from my school and it is refreshing when you get there. Prices are reasonable if you want to get more than a drink
