The Dessert Shop - Brierley Hill

It was my first time coming to this little dessert shop and the service experience was Amazing! I was instantly greeted by the lovely staff and felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The staff that served me was Akhi and she was excellent! She had great manners and a nice personality. She recommended me the spoil me rotten pancakes and it was made perfectly! I will definitely be going back there

Just stopped off for a brownie and was amazed by the choice on offer! A great range of cakes but also different brownies too! Never seen so many different flavours of ice cream, they all looked incredible! I was served by Hattie who was really great at answering all my many questions haha! Her knowledge of everything there was great! Akhi was also helpful in explaining to the customer next to me about the different waffles. My mind was already baffled by then but I will definitely be returning!!

BEST DESSERT SHOP IN THE ENTIRE WORLD !!! 10/10 service from the polite young lady … I believe her name was Karimah she was able to assist me choosing the best milkshake I ever tested!! She also took account of my nut allergies and ensured I was in safe hands! Would definitely return and definitely recommend others to satisfy their taste buds little desserts shop in merry hill

Amazing customer service of the personal today, timing preparation was great, thank you harriet! it was great how the layout of the box was cut beautiful, it was amazing! the family enjoyed it and finished it all. with some leftover sauce we will use tomorrow! many thanks to the team

Our favorite local spot, and the food is always delicious! The milkshakes here are way better than anywhere else. We visited last week and found a line outside, but the staff promptly gave us menus, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. They always seem to work so hard and are incredibly friendly. Thank you for making our Fridays special week after week! I highly recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth!
