Upon arrival we waited a half hour for our d... read more This restaurant did not live up to its 4.6 rating. I held a reservation last Saturday and many things disappointed. Upon arrival we waited a half hour for our drink order and go figure the next bottle order was out of stock. Dinner took over 2 hours to beserved. When questioned, our waiter was very apologetic stating that seatings were overlapped and tickets were backed up in thekitchen. Several patrons walked out and at no point did management check on tables to offer assistance to their wait staff. Witha 7pm reservation we did not leave until 10:30. Had it not been for a dinner with friends, I too would have walked out. The foodand price point was not worth it.

Are you kidding me!!!?? The steak was amazing (I had that last time), but the thick bacon and out of this world pork chops are to die for! The staff was friendly and Gerard, the owner, always in a great mood came around to almost every tablepersonally. Just a great night out, reasonable prices, and I will be back again and again! Thanks Gerard!

I took one star off due to... read more Honestly, we did not stay to eat. I would say this is a 5-star restaurant atmosphere was delightful, staff very polite and attentive. I took one star off due to the price. Everything is sold ala cart so if you are looking to spend 150 a couple with nodrinks this is your place. We wanted something less expensive.

We experi... read more The food at Gerard's Prime 13 was good, but the service was extremely disappointing. Our waiter was barely communicative and never introduced himself. We experienced long waits for both our drinks and food. The white sangria we ordered was awful. We ended up going elsewhere for dessert because we couldn’t tolerate the unfriendly and arrogant attitude of the server. When we asked for his name upon leaving, he said it was Frank and claimed the hostess should have introduced him. Despite the quality of the food, we don’t feel comfortable returning.

I would definitely return and highly recommend Gerard's Prime 13 to anyone. This was my family’s first visit, and it certainly won’t be our last.
