Gelateria Beppino - Bridport

Wow, wow, wow, so I would like to start this review. I’m not a “review type of guy” in the regular, but after I had a double macchiato here I just had too. as I have become older, the things I make for fun or pleasure have changed. I don't drink, don't smoke, but coffee, yes. Live in seattle wa, where there are so many caffes like pubs in england, literally at every corner. Coffee is my jam, there are many small boutique coffee shops open in the toe of dieucks and while it's easy to get a bad cup, it's easy to get an incredible cup too. So when I come home to visit my sister and her family, I'm always looking for a good coffee shop. that's it. with distance the best macchiato in Britain hands down. I've been here since and now just waiting for them to open. my next statement could be considered daring “that could be the best macchiato I ever had. I hope I don't go back to the stars that are disappointed in my favorite coffee shops. eis is amazing, the cake amazing, I will be back today at 1025, so I can be the first in the line. this place is a must for every coffee “Snob” as my own visit

Best Cafe in Bridport. Superb coffee. Lovely home made cakes and savoury pastries. Wonderful Gelato/ice cream.

If only I was a local!! It was my partner (photo credit to her) that found this little Gelateria/cafe, so all the credit has to go to her as she knows my love of all things ice cream; especially those of unconventional flavours. The maple and pecan, and the lavender and honey were exceptional and some of the best gelato I have had outside of Italy!! Also, trying a pastel de nata for the first time, left me with the wonderful taste sweet custard in my mouth for hours after. We shared one, but I wish we bought more.

Absolutely superb. The cakes alone are worth the visit. All fresh made. Mrs B is a fantastic baker.
