The Quantock - Bridgwater

This restaurant has a similar vibe to Malt Shovel but is slightly larger and offers more outdoor seating, including some lovely covered areas for rainy days. The food is good, and I especially recommend the carvery on Saturdays and Sundays.

Great customer service, went with my three young daughters to a minute laune. not to expect to get a table as the place was very busy. I was very surprised by the cordial greeting and about service olly and his team delivered us, sort us a table immediately and was happy to care for my one-year-old and the allergy of my daughter. good eating with friendly service, what more can they do

I had a wonderful experience at the carvery! Everything was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The meat was cooked perfectly, and everything was prepared just the way I wanted. The staff were very friendly throughout the restaurant. The building and garden were beautiful and clean, with plenty of parking available. Plus, the prices for food and drinks were incredibly affordable! I have no complaints and will definitely return.

I decided to call and check for a table at the carvery. Even though they were busy and we didn't have a reservation, they were able to accommodate us. Once we ordered, they informed us that there would be a short wait for the carvery, but they didn't specify how long. The carvery itself was excellent, with generous portions of delicious meat and plenty of fresh vegetables that were regularly replenished. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be returning!

Lovely pub, very friendly staff. Nice stop off for a coffee. We heard many people mention how good the carvery was and how its good value for money. We didn't eat so sadly didn't try it but will do in the future
