I understand it was a busy Saturday afternoon, but it felt like the bartender and staff were focused more on the local patrons at the bar than on the three of us who had come in for lunch. After observing the bartender—who did take our drink order—clear four tables while neglecting to take our food order, we decided to leave. They really need to hire more staff. I'm disappointed.

It comes with a ton of fries (pretty good fries actually). My wife ordered a soup that was not warm and ask to reheat, came back with a hotter plate but the soup was the same. It was not bad it was just the temperature. Nice bar atmosphere and lovely Chicago/cubs decor, pretty unique. We will definitely be back.
