For a fast food restaurant, I put Wendys on the top of the pile, except maybe for A&W, which is a really good business. I worked at Wendy's when I was a teenager, and after learning their food philosophy and experiencing it first-hand, I have always been a fan. What Devyn Holmans doesn't like about Wendy's Bridgewater:
I was in town for work from Dartmouth and decided to stop in for a large bacon poutine. I waited over 25 minutes for my food, only to receive a dish with hardly any bacon. Considering it cost almost $10 after tax, I was very disappointed with this visit. I will not be coming back. View all feedback.

I usually have the Double and Fries but I've tried most of the burgers and love them all! Good prices, fresh but fast food, great customer service. I've never had a bad experience at this location. Best fries hands down.

I eat at Wendy's after work once or twice a week. It is a good store with a fair menu. The free beverage for seniors is great and the staff are friendly enough. I'm not sure I would know what to do to make it better but I don't think it deserves a 5 star at this time.
Businesses that offer mobile app order services such as Wendy's, McDonalds, etc. sometimes experience issues with retrieving/seeing these orders after the customer places it. This ultimately results in a poor customer experience of back and forth of blame between the customer and business. I experienced this for the first time with Wendy's this evening at this location they didn't see the mobile order I had placed (already paid for via the app). The gentleman employee handled this amazingly; he took ownership of the situation, talked to me kindly and resolved the issue quickly and accurately! He just really made the situation not really a situation or inconvenience in the least. I really think this employee will go places! I also want to say that I've never had a bad experience here the service is great overall. Thank you for all you do!
