These were very disappointing - WAY... read more We went last week, and had not been in over a year. The chicken tenders are what we enjoy, and have had them at other KFC's. These were very disappointing - WAY, WAY, WAY too salty. They were so salty only one in our group finished theirs - and he was guzzling water all evening. Plus, they were either over done, or re-fried, as on top of being so salty, they were dried out except in the centre. Not sure what is up there, but nothing like it used to be. Someone is adding extra salt because this has not happened in the other outlets we have patronized in Halifax and in Saint John in the past year. The over cooking, or more likely reheating by refrying is totally inexcusable. Hope things change back to the way they used to be, as all their chicken was freshly cooked and appropriately seasoned. Staff are friendly still - thankfully.

It isn,t the best KFC, but I can understand why there is so much difference in quality and looks from one KFC, the best KFC I had was in Charlottetown,PEI , and I did do a review, just comparing pictures from both KFC is easily visible of the difference in way it prepared.

He said in a rude voice “ we’re busy “. I said “ busy? Are you out of chicken now “. He replied “ we’re busy “. Again I asked is it because the chicken is cooking “. I over heard him yell out through the speaker and the window “ OH MY GOD “. I went to the window and asked who said that. It was him as I recognized his voice. He just smiled at me. Again I asked who said it. He smiled, said have a good night “ closed the window and walked away. Very unprofessional. Young guy, around 18 or 19 longer straight hair and skinny.On top of that last many times chicken is flavourless, small and greasy. I’m talking real small. They have one employee there Steve is his name I think. Been there forever. Excellent guy. This punk at the window tonight…. Unacceptable.

I do not recommend this establishment for either dining or employment opportunities; there are likely many better options in the Bridgewater area.
