They offer locally made gluten-free buns that can be used for breakfast sandwiches, regular sandwiches, or even as toast. They also have gluten-free buckwheat waffles and a variety of dessert treats such as brownies and cookies. I was impressed that they specifically asked if I was celiac, as it shows they have enhanced protocols for accommodating dietary restrictions.

Their bread product... read more This restaurant is truly a hidden gem! They offer a wide variety of gluten-free options, many of which can also be made dairy-free or vegan. Their bread products come from School House Bakery, a local facility dedicated to gluten-free baking. We even took some frozen donuts to go! While the gluten-free buns aren't dairy-free, they do have a flatbread alternative that is. We dined here twice and experienced no adverse reactions. I highly recommend it!
