Kfc - Bridgewater

My husband is a big fan of the chicken at KFC, especially the Original Recipe, which is well-prepared at the Bridgewater location. They also offer grilled chicken and extra crispy options, along with a selection of rather uninspired side dishes and a few desserts. While the prices aren't as affordable as they used to be and nothing feels like a great deal anymore, you can still get a family-sized meal that won't cost a fortune. Plus, they have it hot and ready for you in just a few minutes.

The special Mountain Dew soda was quite enjoyable. The chicken was as great as it used to be. The service was pleasant, and we didn't have to wait long. However, the prices were quite high, and there were no deals or specials available, which left us feeling disappointed.

This KFC in Bridgewater on Route 22 could benefit from a more experienced staff, particularly at the drive-thru. The order taker I encountered today at 3 PM was quite disappointing. He lacked good people skills, and his customer service etiquette leaves much to be desired. It seems that some retraining in customer service would be essential for staff in this fast-food establishment.

This is actually the best kfc I've ever had these past 3 years moving nearby. Every order has been 100% accurate and ridiculously hot fresh

Was craving honey bbq wings...they didn't have them on the menu for a while, then they were brought back. They have family meal deals...now with a half gallon soft sided jug of your preferred beverage.
