Dunkin' - Bridgewater

It was a hot day so I stopped to get hot cup of coffee and asked for some tap ice water. They push back that they charge for ice tap water. I couldn't believe my ears. This is customer service at its worst. I took my coffee and went sat down and could hear the workers laughing and making fun of me asking for some water. They didn't know that i didn't leave the store.When asking for ice water at Starbucks, they ask what size cup... I am done coming here ever. I complained to Corporate and they said they let the franchise owner know. Really contemplating deleting the cumbersome app too and just sticking with starbucks. Shame as I go to starbucks 2-3 times a day almost everyday ... and was thinking of shifting my business to dunkin. Way to go @dunkin!!! business 101 on how to lose a good customer

Nice employees but the restroom should be more clean.

It was my birthday and I couldn’t even get a free donut. Online it says that you can get a free donut but a worker, Regina, did not let me get one. Horrible experience
