Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bridgewater
Chipotle Mexican Grill
Description
The Bridgewater Chipotle has garnered attention for its convenient location and friendly staff, although recent dining experiences show a blend of highs and lows. While many patrons praise the freshness of the food, some have noted a decline in portion sizes, particularly regarding meat in tacos and burritos. The restaurant handles orders efficiently, especially online during peak hours, and many appreciate the newly added sofritos. Staff interactions often shine, with employees going out of their way to accommodate specific requests, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere. However, consistency in food quality remains a key concern.

Chipotle consistently delivers fresh and well-seasoned food, making it a great dining option overall. I recommend choosing pickup, as the tacos can get soggy if you overload them with too many wet ingredients. My tip is to request salsa or guacamole on the side! It's truly the best quick Mexican meal around!
There was hardly any meat in the dishes. It was like getting one taco spread across three tacos. The burrito was quite small and also lacked enough meat. However, the burrito bowl and crispy tacos were good. For $69, it wasn't worth it. The quality has significantly declined.
My salad was totally incorrect; none of the ingredients were right. The queso was only half full, and instead of a regular water bottle, I received some other type of water.
Got a burrito bowl and a burrito with chicken as usual. They were good overall but rice was undercooked and hard today.
I ordered Chipotle for my business weekend, and I was very pleased with the experience. Everything arrived neatly packaged and included all the items I needed—my only task was to unpack it. I was able to pick it up right on time, and it was exactly as I ordered. Everyone at my event was satisfied. Thank you!
