The chips they use tend to get very fast, so you should grab a fork when you get the nachos. They gave samples of their brisketquesadilla, and I thought it tasted pretty good, so if you were looking for Queensadillas, I would recommend that.
What a great find! Baja B Que is really the scary hat!!! I love her food. Much better than the typical farewell in the mall. Delicious, smokey, deliciously pulled pork, brisket with burned ends, amazing sauces, and even grilled vegetables.
Forget about Chipotle, forget about Moe's, forget about all these other Burrito sites. Baja B. Que has the best Burritos from every place out there. Do not overlook the baked beans or the homemade sweet BBQ sauce when choosing what you put in your Burrito.
