This restaurant offers excellent service and delicious food. It's my favorite spot in the area. The dishes came out quickly and the prices are affordable. I highly recommend it. View all feedback.
What Marybeth A doesn't like about Blue Hen Crossroads:
We were unfamiliar with this restaurant but decided to give it a chance. The interior decor was lackluster, with outdated furniture and a dirty concrete floor. The service was decent, but could have been more welcoming. The club sandwich we ordered was average, but the bread could have been of better quality. The Maryland Crab Soup had minimal crab shreds, and the chicken and dumpling noodles were too salty. Overall,... View all feedback.
Great happy hours with Kelvin behind the bar. We love the local happy hour. Great sandwich prices. Check it out if you are in the area.
The staff is very accomodating .Their Mac and cheese was good. Brisket was dry and tasted reheated. Not good considering that this was the first day they were open this week
Updating this review sense the menu change. Food is still great will return more often now that the menu has more affordable option that are appealing to the area. I had chicken and dumplins and it was great and didnt break the bank. Also i recomend trying the crab dip. I would recomend to the owners to advertise they have a bar because you wouldnt know unless you went inside would have made this place a more atractive choice
The staff is friendly a d attentive. The food left much to desire. The soup was overcooked and the vegetables were mushy, the crabcake was bland. Now the french fries were perfect. Hope this was just an off day for them.
Service is terrible. Long wait for soup and an Italian sub. Friday night 6:30, it's not busy at all !!! Problem seems to be in the kitchen. Won't be back !
