I'm sorry to write this about my unsatisfactory experience at Shibam Restaurant. It's disheartening when a restaurant fails to deliver on the quality and taste of its dishes. The dryness of the meat and the bitterness of the fahsa are clear indications of poor preparation and lack of attention to detail in the kitchen.When it comes to Yemeni cuisine, it's essential to have well-cooked and flavorful meat, as it is often a highlight of the dishes. Additionally, the fahsa, a traditional Yemeni soup, should be prepared with care to ensure a balanced and enjoyable flavor profile.My disappointment with the restaurant's food quality is understandable, and it's unfortunate that your dining experience fell short of expectations. Providing honest feedback like this can help other potential diners make informed decisions. Hopefully, the restaurant takes note of these shortcomings and works towards improving the overall dining experience for its customers.

Great service from the male waiter. He was very kind and attentive. Fresh,hot and delicious food. Our order was correct. The restaurant was very clean.Vegetarian options: Bean dishes, bread, riceParking: The parking is free it's just sometimes if they are busy you will have a tight squeeze. Most of the time it's great though and space.

Ordered 2 rice and chicken dishes and fish and everything was delicious! Chicken was tender and not dry and fish was seasoned so well!! Would def recommend to all. Only thing I would recommend is putting some more dressing on the salad.

Absolutely great service and delicious food when dining in. Surprised and somewhat disappointed that the lunch menu didn't begin until 1 PM. Nonetheless, great atmosphere, top notch staff and incredible tasting dishes. Would highly recommend to all.

This was the first and only a Middle Eastern restaurant from Yeman cuisine i’ve ever had in my entire life I’ve ordered many different items off the menu and all were great except for the whole fish plate no that one is me and my mothers all-time favorite literally is her absolute favorite meal for the past couple years always calls me and asks if I would be able to get her her favorite dish she doesn’t even have to tell me what it is or from what restaurant because I already know sometimes I even know before she even asks right when she calls I tell her let me guess you want the fish lol ?????????? yes please I’m craving it??????????? you got it mom coming right up….Review by yours truly ,BLESSED MO?
