When we inquired about it, they refunded us a dollar without offering any explanation.

However, the fish platter I ordered was lukewarm, by the time I got home. The cheese curds were good... again, once I warmed them up, as they were cold. Waited about 15 minutes for my meal. Customer service was friendly, though.
