I was truly disappointed during my visit to this restaurant yesterday. As a vegetarian, I went in to order a veggie bowl, but while I was waiting in line, I noticed a man taking the temperature of the food. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The staff and food preparation were terrible. I visited around 6 PM and found that only barbecue and rice were available, with everything else completely empty. To make matters worse, an older woman on the staff was quite rude. I will definitely not be returning to this Chipotle located at Bridgeview, Harlem, and 88 on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
The employee was rudely behaving and talking back while walking away. I was kindly taking utensils what I need to have dinner and that she comments that you do not need. I also said that I can pay for it, if you want me too but she is was keep talking back. When I asked for manager she said I am the manager.

Chipotle was always stingy with meat, but lately they're tight lettuce, rice salsa. This location is perhaps the worse. If you can choose another location.
Location is run by a bunch of teenagers who don’t care about customer service. They don’t seem to care about their jobs either. Out of items and not on top of replacing things especially at lunch time. On a Saturday.
