Contribute FeedbackRed Lobster's dining experience seems to spark a mix of praise and frustration. While the food, particularly the Caesar salad, impresses many patrons, the restaurant struggles with reservation management and wait times, often leading to confusion and dissatisfaction. Customers report issues with cleanliness and odor in the restrooms, alongside instances of chaotic behavior from children in the dining area. However, attentive servers, particularly a commendable staff member named Dante, earn accolades for their hard work during busy evenings. It’s evident that while some elements shine, significant improvements are needed in service consistency and the overall environment.
The wait for our reservation was excessively long, indicating a chronic understaffing issue at the restaurant.
There is no point in making reservations as you still have to wait for 30 minutes or more.
I did not scroll down far enough to realize that I wasn't making an actual reservation but only putting my name down on a waiting list that was up to 30 minutes wait time once I was at the restaurant. In the future I will only use a restaurant where I have a definite reservation. Not good if you have someplace you need to go to after your dinner....tickets for sporting or theatre events. They didn't even have food service at their bar.
They were shorthanded however our waitress Ruth was excellent
The service I received at Red Lobster was terrible. I will never go back there. The food I ordered was undercooked. I paid for a premium salmon dish that had skin on the bottom and was seasoned with blackened seasoning on top. We waited a long time for our food even though there weren't many customers. Our waitress was nice, but seemed frustrated because every table she served had complaints about their food. She did try to explain why some of the dishes were prepared the way they were. #neveragain
