The manager or employee over the intercom told me they were closed, even though... read more Today, August 2nd at 9:13, I pulled up to the KFC drive-thru to place an order. The manager or employee over the intercom told me they were closed, even though the sign and online information say they close at 10. She insisted they actually close around 9:30 and said they were already doing their closing procedures. When I pointed out it was only 9:13, she simply said they were closing and ended the conversation. This is unprofessional and misleading. Something needs to be done about this.

What kind of business doesn't stock one of their most popular items? Come on, KFC, you need to step up your game. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
